Yes, you can pay all your orders in 3x, 6x or 12 monthly instalments at no cost to you!

Conditions:

- Order not exceeding CHF 5'000.00

- You must be Swiss or hold a C or B permit for all orders over CHF 1'000.

The fees are as follows:

For orders under CHF 1'000.- 

For small items CHF 25. (cushions, lamps, etc.)

For furniture, CHF 100.- for delivery on the pavement. 

If the furniture is delivered and assembled in the room, a total of CHF 200.- will be charged. 

For all orders over CHF 1'000.- 

Pavement delivery is free. There is a surcharge of CHF 100 for in-room installation.

For orders over CHF 2,000.-

Delivery and installation in the room are free.

Delivery is only possible within Switzerland. 

Our prices apply up to a location that is

easily accessible by road. The costs of any cable cars, electro-mobiles, taxis for pedestrianised towns/villages, etc., are not included and may be subject to a supplement.

For international destinations, please provide us with an address and we will draw up a quote.

Damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Items that are not in conformity due to our error will be exchanged free of charge.

All opened items will not be taken back.

The exchange of ordered items is only possible in their original packaging. 

Once the packaging has been opened, the exchange is no longer possible, except for the core of the mattresses which have a right to exchange the firmness within 3 months after your purchase.

A we are an online business, items can not be seen or tested.

FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council® and stands for responsible forest management worldwide. If the entire value chain of wood production meets the strict guidelines, the products receive this quality label. Look out for FSC® certified products.

All stains, varnishes, oils and glues meet the European E1 standard for materials used in furniture and interior design. If you need detailed information about the composition of our oils and varnishes, please let us know.

We will gladly take care of your spare parts orders. Please note that colour differences may occur with subsequent purchases.

We provide a 5-year guarantee on the surface finish and material quality as well as on the proper processing of all our models from the date of purchase.

The guarantee is 2 years on the following products:

- Lamps, lights and electric motors.

- Cushions, upholstered headboards, wall panels, boxsprings, mattresses and mattress toppers.
